These are my favorite workout shoes. They give me really good support. They are good for any type of work out. Very comfortable. Only complaint is the style I bought had suede on the front, and I probably wont buy that particular style again.

Theyre a bit narrow at the toes so if you wear them for a long period it starts to cramp your toe area.

I do get some relief from my Plantar Faciatis with these shoes. After a few hours my feet need to get out of these shoes though, probably because they seem to be a narrow fit. But overall, they do help!
